I am so loving the latest school paddling videos added to Realspankings.com last week. As far as I am concerned this is as real as it gets. Two girls report to the school office with pink slips in hand and wait for the vice principal to review their infractions. Upon reviewing their pink slips, they are each sentenced to a 10 swat paddling while grabbing their ankles. I can honestly say that there is nothing better than the recent school paddling videos being produced by Realspankings.com. At the high school she attended, the school policy for tardies was very clear, 2 tardies were allowed for any one class over the course of a semester, on a third tardy, it was an automatic referral to the office. Amy came into this class late on a regular basis, but never more than a minute or two. She knew she had gone over the three tardy mark, but she did not think the teacher cared, much less even noticed or kept track. She realized one day, that the teacher did indeed keep track, when as she walked in late, before she was able to sit down the teacher called her over to her desk. The teacher pulled out a disciplinary referral and filled in all of the required boxes and lines. In the section for “reason for referral” she wrote “6 tardies, one semester”, and then underlined “6 tardies” twice with a red sharpie.
Amy’s walk to the office was a slow one as she was quite nervous. When she had sat in his office, during the previous semester, she had been quite nervous. While she had never been paddled at school before, she had been spanked by her mom when she was a little girl. She was six or seven the last time she had been spanked at home, but she still remembered how much she hated it. He pointed to another chair in his office against the back wall, and told her to move over to that chair and to bend over and place her hands on the seat.

She was not offered an option, her parents were not contacted, and even at the age of 18, she had no say in the matter. She could not stop crying at this point and wandered to his desk in a daze. He had her sign this new form, gave her a single tissue, and told her to go back out to the chairs, and that they would finish up soon.
Just as before, she was still crying hard as she left his office, and every eye in the room was on her. She sat down gingerly on the chair, buried her face in her hands, and cried for several minutes. She could not believe this was happening to her and she could not believe how much her bottom hurt. She knew there was no way she could go through this a third time, her butt has already had way too much. She was far too embarrassed, to be sitting there like a crying little girl to even look up. She knew everyone was looking, she wanted to be strong like it was no big deal, but that was not possible at the moment. It took her a good ten minutes to get herself together. The sound echoed through the main office and the only thing louder was her reaction. The final swat was applied to her bottom and it was finally over. He sat, filled in the rest of the paperwork, and then called her over. He asked her to take a seat, but she declined. He told her it was not optional and to “sit her butt down”. She struggled with the pain as her bottom touched the seat. He had her once again sign the form and then asked her if they would be having any tardy issues even again. While still wiping away the tears she promised that he would never see her in this office again in her lifetime.

It started with a very public argument in the hallway, with dozens of students watching, which eventually led to both girls pushing each other. The whole incident was witnessed by a teacher and they were both taken to the principal’s office. The school code of conduct is very clear in stating that “any aggressive action towards another student” is forbidden and will also be treated in the same manner as if they had actually been in a fight. School policy calls for a three day in school suspension, or six swats with a paddle for this offense. The principal was especially disappointed with Kiki, as she is a cheerleader, and therefore a representative of the school.

When Kiki was given her punishment options, she immediately chose the in school suspension. Her last spanking had been at the hands of her dad, when she was 11, and she still remembered it to this day. She had no idea that it would kill all her events of the day, which led her to start thinking about the paddling. She thought about that last spanking from her dad and the terrible pain of the belt. She said that she did, so he told her to go to the locker room and to change into some jeans for her paddling. With her heart racing, she headed to the gym to change. The whole time in her head, all she could hear were the words, “her paddling”. She thought of the wooden paddle, she thought of her dad’s belt, and she thought about her poor bottom.

The assistant peeled back a layer of the spankies revealing the white panties below. She was told to pull her pants back up and was then escorted back to the locker room. With the assistant present, she was made to remove the extra layer, and was then walked back to the ISS room. The assistant told her to stay there and that the principal would be right back with her. She was left with contemplating how much more the last four were going to hurt without the extra padding. Her bottom was already throbbing and she knew her butt was going to be sore for quite some time.

Regardless of what he decided, it is fully his decision. For the next several minutes, HE is in charge of everything that happens to her bottom and she is merely a participant. So when taking a look at the recent statistics on school corporal punishment in the US, as reported by the Department of Education in recent years, they show that 223,190 students were paddled at school during a single school year. I would have to guess that this number is very conservative, as in the more rural areas, especially in the ones in which the teachers and coaches are also allowed to paddle students, that 75% of the paddlings are undocumented. This could easily bring the numbers to well over 500,000 students paddled, but I will use a conservative number and go with 350,000 students.
So if we want to question how often a school paddling really takes place, we need to crunch the numbers. The average school, not including weekend and holidays, has 180 days in its school year. The average school day, as far as time that the students are in class, is 6.7 hours a day. If you do the math, that gives us an average of 1944 school paddlings a day in the US. If looked at more closely, this is around 290 school paddling every hour, or about one every 12 seconds. This means that in the time it took you to read to this point right here, at least two school paddlings were administered to the bottom of a student.
So while there are many posts on the internet about school paddling that are clearly someone’s fantasy, you must remember that a school paddling, actually taking place in the US schools every 12 seconds, is very much the reality. At this very moment, as you read these very words, somewhere in America there is a teen girl, standing up from her chair in the principal’s office, being told to bend over and grab her ankles. She has no say in the matter, not only is this allowed at this school, but her parents signed a form authorizing it. This principal is not worried about lawsuits, or angry parents, as this community embraces corporal punishment. His only concern is paddling her bottom hard enough to make sure that she never commits the offense again. This is a school in which corporal punishment is the primary form of discipline and it is used not only liberally, but severely. This punishment will be documented and she will be part of the statistics.

But in reality, when teachers are allowed to paddle students, this does not take place in such an official manner. A teacher, finally fed up with a student’s disruptions in class, grabs her paddle from her filing cabinet and invites the student out into the hall. There is no long discussion, there is no formal paperwork, and there is simply a teacher that has decided to teach a student that once and for all, she needs to stop being such a nuisance in class. The offending girl is told to bend over, stretch her arms out, and place her hands on the wall. This teacher’s only concern is making sure that this student and all the others who are about to hear it, know to get their acts together. The very best way for her to accomplish this is to paddle this young lady’s bottom as hard as she can. And as you read this paragraph, there is no doubt, that in some small school, in a rural area of a Southern state, there are a group of girls standing and waiting their turn for a paddling. Let’s face it; girls often get in trouble together, as it is the group mentality that often gives birth to poor decisions. Maybe this school requires that students are paddled out of the view of other students, so one at a time, they are taken to a private spot like the school stairwell. So one at a time, they are each marched up the stairs, told to grab their ankles, and then have their teen bottoms paddled long and hard. Each of them have to endure an intense and severe session with the heavy paddle, and one by one they learn their lesson.

But with close to 2000 paddling being administered today, the chances are that this evening, in many bedrooms, across many states, there will be high schools girls looking at their bare bottoms in the mirror and all they will see is black and blue. Because there will be that one girl who was being paddled for a second offense of the same infraction and the administrator decided to give her the maximum number of swats and to do so as hard as he could. Or maybe she was a 1st time offender, but she was caught bullying and a very real example needed to be made of her. She might be a young lady who was unfortunate enough to be sent to that teacher or coach, who is known as a heavy hitter and prides himself on the severity of the paddlings he administers. That coach that does not care if it is a 90 lb., 16 year old girl, or a 220 football linebacker that he is paddling. He swings for the fences with every bottom that is presented to him and he sends them all away in tears. Think this is the stuff of fantasies? What about this girl whose name and cute little face and bottom have been all over the news in recent month. She was paddled hard, by a male administrator, and in her own words explains that her little teen bottom still has marks days later.

Out of those 1944 that went home today after having been paddled, I would guess at the very least, 10% are also going to get it at home. In the time you took to read about school paddlings, more than 100 paddle swats occurred leaving young ladies throughout the country with bruised bottoms and tears in their eyes.
When is a school paddling a good school paddling? Good is a relative term as the young lady getting paddled might not see anything good about the event. But I see a good school paddling as consisting of just a few basic requirements:
1) The girl being paddled needs to have done something that actually warrants her getting paddled. It might be a major offense, or the combination, or repeat, of previous small infractions.
2) The paddling need to be administered by a strict, but caring administrator that has her best interests in mind. The paddling needs to be administered with emotion being put aside and with the goal of helping her change her attitude and behavior in the long run.
3) The paddling needs to be effective and not just ornamental. There are far too many school administrators that just go through the motions of paddling a young lady’s rear end, as it is quick and easy and gets the girls out of their office quickly. But the purpose of a good school paddling is not to just have an option that allows a school principal to get right back to work with their administrative duties. A good school paddling needs to hurt, and it needs to hurt a lot. It needs to be a situation that hurts so very much, that she would never, EVER, want it to be repeated. The negative stimulus being applied to her bottom needs to be something that she cannot bare. This is what a good school paddling is all about. It is about that negative stimulus being intense and long lasting, so that there is not a moment that goes by, in the next three days, in which she is not reminded of her behavior. Every time she sits, and every time she sees her naked teen butt in the mirror, she should be reminded to behave.

When it comes to a school paddling, there is really no position that is as great as when the young lady has to grab her ankles. There are certainly many positions that a school administrator has to choose from, but making her grab her ankles is far superior for so many reasons. After all, the goal of a school paddling is to provide the teen girl with an experience that she would never want to repeat, so let’s take a look at why a girl being paddled while grabbing her ankles makes for a better learning experience.

Obviously a school paddling is meant by design to create discomfort for a female student. That act of taking a large board and applying it forcefully to a bottom is never comfortable for the person receiving it, but by having her grab her ankles, the level of comfort is reduced on many levels. The first factor is that it is not very pleasant to have to grab your ankles for any length of time. It tends to pull on the muscles of the bottom and legs and it also sends more blood to the head. Simply having a young lady assume this position for any length of time will not be a great experience for her. Unless she is extremely flexible, this position gets very old very fast.

This position really allows her a sense of ownership in her punishment. While this exists to a certain degree in any position for a paddling, it certainly is really brought home when she has to grab her ankles. She is not being gently leaned over a desk, she as actively presenting her bottom in the most intimate of ways to be punished. She is not struggling like a kid getting a spanking from mommy at home. She knows that in a matter of moments that a heavy wooden paddle is going to be used to bruise her bottom. Despite these very circumstances, she is doing what she is told and she is making her bottom available for this very event. When the paddling begins, no one will be holding her in position, nor will she have the benefit of a wall, desk, or a chair to help her stay in position. This position forces her to not only endure her punishment, but to assist. She cannot just zone out and try to go somewhere else mentally, it will take all of her concentration to even maintain the position during the paddling. It makes her a partner in her punishment and a very active participant. It is her punishment after all, and it makes great sense for her to assist in the process of getting her bottom properly spanked.

There is also the added benefit that this position is hard to maintain for any length of time. If her legs start to shake a little and her muscles become sore, then all the better.
While all of the above are good arguments for the use of this position, the real heart of any school paddling is the amount of pain applied to a young lady’s bottom. Obviously there is a direct correlation between how hard a girl is paddled and how much learning takes place. No girl has ever learned anything from a paddling that does not hurt, it is simply not a deterrent. However, the more pain that is achieved, the greater the deterrent in the long run. If the goal is to extinguish a behavior permanently, then as much pain that can safely be applied to her bottom, the better. Now if by utilizing a position that can further help to increase the pain her bottom feels, I say it should be used every time.

When a female is standing straight up it is possible to actually grab her bottom and hold it in your hand. Through a combination of factors such as embarrassment, vulnerability, cooperation, and discomfort the overall learning experience that comes from a school paddling can be greatly enhanced. Most importantly, the use of this position can really help convince a student that she never again in her life wants to receive another school paddling. If done right, a young lady will leave his office with tears in her eyes and a bruised bottom, that will make sitting difficult for many days to come.

One of main benefits of school paddling as a form of discipline in high school is that it is quick, cheap, and effective. With detention, there is at least one employee responsible for hanging around while students stay after school, creating a further financial burden for the district. But with corporal punishment, when done properly, an effective punishment can be applied in less than 30 seconds and the paddle used is generally made in the wood shop, at no cost to the school. Detention is a little boring for a student, but what is the real deterrent in spending three days, after school, for 30 minutes at a time? Does any student really fear detention as a punishment. I cannot imagine the final bell ringing at school, and as a student walks towards the office to check in for detention, that their heart rate goes crazy, their hands start to sweat, and they are overcome with a sense of dread.
Now picture that same student, sent to the office that morning, sentenced to a paddling, and told to return to the office after school for her paddling. She spends her entire day preoccupied with the thought of that paddle, she saw sitting on his desk, being applied forcefully to her bottom. She cannot concentrate at all in class, all she can do is think about the punishment she has coming and what she did to earn it. She will probably also be considering what she can do in the future to avoid it. She might find herself distracted for a moment at lunch, during a conversation with friends, but each time she revisits the thought of her paddling in her head, her heart starts to race again. She begins to ask herself questions, “what position will I be paddled in“, “how many swats will I get”, “how hard will he paddle me“, “how bad will it hurt”, “how long will it last”? She will not be thinking about how boring detention is, she will be thinking about how long her bottom will be bruised.

She is escorted through the crowd of students in the office, most with smiles on their faces, and taken to the conference room that he utilizes when a paddling is required. They had both admitted to having still had a lit cigarette when they pulled onto campus, which made his job quite easy. There was no lecture, no scolding, and worst of all for them, no options. He announced that their butts would be paddled like he was placing an order at a restaurant, like it was an everyday occurrence for him, which was certainly not the case for them.

By the 5th swat it was clear that Frankie was beginning to cry. By the time the last one landed, she was fully sobbing. She had never once heard her friend cry, and it hit her again that she was next. She listened as Frankie continued to sob as he had her sign some sort of document. With tears still in her eyes, she walked back out and told Riley that it was her turn. Riley stood up, her whole body trembling, and walked into the room with tears already in her eyes.

There are those times that a school paddling has nothing to do with lectures and formality. I believe that a long drawn out paddling experience can be a very positive thing and help with the overall learning process for the high school girl who finds herself facing corporal punishment. This type of paddling is best accomplished in a school office, by a staff member whose entire job revolves around school discipline. This allows them to take their time with the process and assure that it is as effective as possible.

For the schools in the South that allow teachers to paddle students, they do not have the luxury of taking their time, as their primary duty is that of teaching and every moment spent out of the classroom is time that the students are not learning. Yes, I am sure they would like to have the time to spend to really make a point with a student as to why they are being paddled and to give them time to reflect in what they have done. But there are times when, for a teacher, it is simply about applying pain to a young lady’s bottom as effectively as possible and in a manner that she will remember.

He believes that the chatting and horseplay in his class with be eliminated for several days.

It was clear, if she was going to commit the same offense, less than a month later, that the initial paddling had not had the desired effect. The VP considered suspending Jessica, but finals were a couple of days away and she really hated for someone to fail their classes as a result of a suspension and missing the tests that made up such a large portion of the student’s grades. She decided that a ten swat paddling would be awarded to Jessica this time; however, the VP would not be the one to administer the paddling. She told Jessica what was going to happen but that she needed to find someone who could achieve better results with the paddle. She excused herself and left Jessica alone with her thoughts of being paddled even harder than the previous time. That paddling had been no joke and Jessica’s tiny little bottom remained bruised for a few days after. She really could not picture having to endure something longer and even harder than the one before.

She had had a few complaints over the years, as to the severity of his paddlings, but severity was what she needed at the moment. She returned to her office with the hard hitting coach and calmly explained the situation, as if Jessica was not even in the room. She explained that she had a student that was in her office for a repeat offense that required immediate action. She stated that the student had been previously paddled, but it was clear that it was not effective. She told him that a suspension was probably the right move, but that finals were approaching. She asked if he was able to provide a paddling, similar to that that his players received, as she wanted this to be a paddling that she would never forget. He was not one to disguise his emotions and he smiled and happily replied that he would gladly provide her with the paddling of her life. The truth was, he enjoyed administering paddlings, especially well-deserved ones. When she is not wearing panties, this can indeed cause a disruption in the classroom environment. This is also an issue when it comes to the low cut jeans that high school girls wear. The process leading up to the paddling is just as important and if done correctly, can be provide an experience that she will not want to ever repeat. Anticipation can be used as a powerful learning tool and if done properly, the results will be visible on her face. Many principals make the moments leading up to a school paddling, purposefully long and very drawn out, so she will have a lot of time to consider what is about to happen and how much it will hurt. All of this can be easily emphasized with a few well-chosen sentences. Consider the following statements, fully appropriate for the situation, and how they will affect a young lady’s state of mind prior to her paddling:
-“I find that if I give the maximum amount of swats allowed, it tends to make a longer lasting impression”
-“I will not be doing you any favors if I just give you a moderate paddling, my goal is for you to never return to my office for any disciplinary issues, so I think the hardest paddling I can give will do you the most good”
-“Don’t be so hard on yourself, we will be able to easily correct this by giving your bottom a good bruising”
-“I had the shop teacher create this paddle especially for moments like this, we have tried many designs over the years, but this one has proven to hurt the most”

The simple act of reinforcing everything she is thinking, with a few choice words, can do a lot to add to the overall feeling of dread prior to a paddling. The things she fears the most are not downplayed, they are emphasized, and put right out there for her to consider. When done correctly, the punishment has already started, her heart is racing, she is trembling, and she is fighting back the tears, before the 1st swat ever hits her teen bottom. These are all visible signs that her paddling is going to be quite effective.
There is no denying that look, that is the look of real learning taking place.
During her paddling there are many signs, both visual and auditory, that demonstrate that she is learning a lesson. The 1st one is the look on her face as she receives that 1st swat. If she is just sucking it up and squinting her eyes, chances are that the 1st swat was not effective. The look on her face should be complete and total surprise. It should be a look that shows that she has just been introduced to a level of pain on her bottom that she did not know was possible. A successful spanking in the home environment is most often accomplished as a result of the amount of smacks her teen bottom receives. Parents have the luxury of being able to spank as long as they want until the job is done. In the school environment, principals do not have the same luxury. Often they are limited to as few as 6 swats with the paddle, so every one of them must really count. If that 1st swat does not take her breath away and bring tears to her eyes, then it was just wasted. Principals need to take full advantage of every swat and make sure that the 1st is just as hard as the last. The 1st swat might even be the most important as a result of endorphins and numbness. Her body will fight hard during a severe paddling to combat the pain, and by the end, she will not be feeling as much pain. While the latter swats will help with overall bruising and soreness in the days to come, that 1st one is so very important. He needs to be sure that the 1st swat alone is a punishment all to itself, and the look on her face should reflect the pain and discomfort she is feeling.
Her body fights with the pain and wants to leave the situation. But she still has 9 swats to go and will have to suffer through them all.
During the paddling her body will give signs that a paddling is effective. After a couple of hard swats, there should be visible shaking and trembling. It is common to see her legs shaking uncontrollably. It is a sign her body has gone into flight mode and while she does not have the option of leaving, her body is trying to. It should take every ounce of energy and willpower for her to remain in place. A paddling, in which the young lady does not want to flee, is not effective. If she is able to just stay bent over and handle it all stoically, then a lesson is not being learned. She needs to be fighting with everything in her to remain in place. Some principals handle the dilemma a girls faces during her paddling, of not being able to stay in place, with the threat of extra swats, or even an additional paddling. There are many schools in which not staying in place for the duration of the paddling is covered in the school code of conduct. It may be viewed as “direct disobedience” or “failure to comply with instruction from a school staff member”, but taken by itself is a separate offense. Picture the young lady, getting her bottom paddled black and blue, but keeps standing up during the process, being told when it is all over that she needs to report to his office tomorrow for a paddling for not following directions. As hard as it might be, you can bet she does not move out of position for her paddling the next day.

Another sign that a paddling is effective are the sounds a young lady makes as she is being paddled. Almost every girl, especially when paddled in a school office, with only a closed door between her and the hustle and bustle outside the office, will do their best to stay quiet. It is embarrassing enough to have her bottom spanked at school, but she certainly does not want the word to spread about how loud she was, or how hard she cried. But if a principal is really doing his job and giving her a hard paddling with a heavy wooden paddle, after the 1st swat, she will not care about anything other than the pain her bottom is feeling. All girls try to hold it in, but when the burn starts, that is their only focus. A proper school paddling will result in a loud cry of pain from the very beginning. There may be moaning, crying, wailing, and carrying on in all sorts of ways, but if there is not an auditory indicator that she is in pain, then it is not an effective paddling. Sometimes after the 1st swat there is a moment of silence as her breath has literally been taken away. If it is a good paddling, that silence will quickly be replaced with the sounds of learning.
Tears alone are not enough, she needs to be crying like a little girl for a real lesson to be learned.
The primary indicator from the teen girl that she is learning a lesson is tears. Tears alone will never demonstrate that she is learning a lesson; it needs to be active crying. A girl who manages to stay quiet, but has tears running down her face, is fighting the process. She is not giving in to the process and she is not really learning a lesson. She needs to be taken to that place, the place of a naughty little child, in which the she not only produces tears, but she cries hard. There needs to be sniffling, sobbing, and uncontrollable emotion, all of which show she has given in, she has broken down, and most importantly, she is learning. This is what most parents look for when spanking their daughter at home. Once again, they have the luxury of taking as long as they want to get the reaction they are looking for. In a school setting, the only way to assure that this important part of the punishment is reached is with severity of the swats. It can be quite disappointing for an administrator to paddle a young lady, only to find out that once he has reached the maximum amount of swats, that there are only a few tears. It is better to be safe than sorry and apply every swat with as much force as he is able to produce. If he has really taught her a good lesson, the crying will continue for several minutes following her paddling. This is a sign of a job well done.

The final indicator of a lesson learned is her not being able to sit very well. Yes, her butt will have gone a little numb over the course of a hard paddling, but there should still be much discomfort when anything touches her bottom. When a 110 lb. high school girl sits in a chair, she is putting about 70% of her body weight onto her bottom. This should cause her to cringe and maybe even cause her to cry harder. If a young lady is able to sit down, without any visual reaction that it is difficult for her, then the paddling was not effective. The goal is for her to not be able to sit down at all, in a few hours, but immediately after the paddling, it should still be hard for her. Her bottom should be black and blue at this point and this will become clear as she struggles to stay in the chair as he finishes up the paperwork.

It is an injustice to the teen girl to not paddle her bottom in the most effective manner possible. The whole purpose of a school paddling is to provide a negative stimulus so as to reduce the chance of misbehavior in the future. When utilizing corporal punishment, the negative stimulus is pain. A little bit of pain to her bottom does very little good. If a young lady is paddled and it only hurts a little bit, the chances or her getting in trouble again are quite high. This is really not fair to the girl getting her bottom paddled. A paddling is a punishment, but it also serves to help guide her to make good decisions in her life. When she is a teen girl, the bad decisions she makes are often not all that harmful, but as she gets older, bad decisions can have far higher consequences. It is the job of the person tasked with the job of administering discipline to do so in a way that changes her behavior, before it is too late.

It may be hard for some administrators to apply the paddling that is required. After all, we may just be talking about a 17 year old girl, 100 lbs., with a tiny teen butt. Her offense may not even be all that major in the grand scope of things. But it is often the little infractions, which build to become bigger infractions. If she grows used to getting away with the small things, it is a natural progression for her to push the boundaries in life. This progression outside of school can lead to jail, DUI’s, and even worse. Administrators need to take advantage of the situations as they present themselves and stop bad behavior on the spot. This is exactly why when that tiny teen bottom is bent over before him, even for something as simple as tardies, he needs to make a real difference in her life.

that rules exist for a reason. She also needs to know that breaking the rules, however small, will lead to her receiving discipline. After all, is 30 minutes of detention after school really that much of a deterrent? On that same note, are three gentle swats with a wooden paddle that much of a deterrent? A school paddling is something that has been earned. It is her actions that have led to this event taking place in the 1st place. All schools have very clear and concise rules spelled out and every student knows when they are breaking them. It is not an accident; it is a conscious choice to misbehave. It is the duty of the person tasked with disciplinary issues as a school to do their very best when handling such problems. As a result, administrators who go easy during a school paddling are not doing the young lady any favors. In fact, it is the exact opposite and it is a disservice to the student being paddled. A young lady who walks away from her paddling thinking “that was not so bad”, learns nothing.

A school administrator, who has the best interest in mind of the students in his school, needs to suck it up and be strict. When he is choosing the type of paddle to have the shop teacher build for him, he needs to choose a hardwood. Why use pine when he can have an oak paddle? He should not go with the smallest dimensions as possible; he needs the biggest paddle the school will allow. Yes, a ½” paddle stings a bottom pretty good, but ¾” leaves much longer lasting impression. He should also choose a paddle that has holes in it. First of all, a paddle with holes is much more intimidating to the young lady it is about to be used on. In addition, it helps the paddle hit more forcefully as there is less air to displace as it strikes her bottom. A paddle with holes will also compress the skin slightly into the holes, and help with bruising.
Remember, we are talking about creating an experience that was not only very uncomfortable for the student, but one that she never again in her life wants repeated. It may seem a little unfair, or even cruel, but it is crueler to have a young lady that is not afraid to get in trouble as she can handle the consequences. We do not want her to be able to handle the consequences; we want her to fear them. Everything that can be done to make it a far worse experience the better it is for her. Besides using the most severe paddle as possible, there are so many other factors that can make her paddling worse. She should not be allowed to just bend over the desk and hold on; she should be made to grab her ankles. This pulls all of the muscles tight in her bottom, bringing them close to the surface. The closer the muscles are to the surface, and the tighter her bottom is stretched, the more pain she will feel. Once again, as with the paddle with holes, this will help with bruising.

Typically when people speak about something helping with bruising, they are referring to decreasing it, or making it go away quicker, this is not the case when it comes to a school paddling. A proper paddling, meant to teach a very real lesson, should be administered in a way to increase bruising. We do not want a young lady who gets a few pops to her butt, it goes a little numb, and then the experience is over for her. A proper paddling is done in a manner for it to not only hurt as much as physically and safely possible, but done so with the intention of making it sore for days, if not a week. There is a direct correlation between the amount of bruising and the amount of soreness she experiences. There is also a direct correlation between maximum soreness and learning. A bruised bottom equals results; it is as simple as that. There is no reason for a student to go home with a pink bottom when black and blue is an option. Not only will her bottom be almost too sore to sit for days, but it serves as a visual reminder for her. While the soreness might go away after 5-7 days, her bottom will be marked for up to two weeks. Every time she gets out of the shower and looks at her tight teen bottom in the mirror, there will indeed be a reminder for her of her previous behavior. This can also serve as a source of embarrassment in the school locker room and others see the results of her actions.

If he really has her best interests in mind, that paddle will be lifted high in the air for each and every swat. He will not go easy at 1st and end with a few hard ones, tears should be the goal from the very 1st swat. When that paddle hits her bottom, she should be lifted onto her toes, with the sounds of both the paddle hitting her bottom and her reaction to it, should echo throughout the building. She should be in tears after just the 1st paddle swat on her bottom. Her bottom should be swelling and the bruises already forming. She should be thinking in her mind, after just one, that she will never misbehave again. The pain should be overwhelming, more than she can ever recall feeling. After just that one swat, she should have been taught the lesson of her life. We now have real learning taking place and have a situation that she will never again in her young life want to repeat. This is the reactions we want. This is giving her not only what she has earned, but what she deserves. He is now helping her with her life and helping her with becoming a productive and well behaved citizen. Her butt is bruised, throbbing, and she is crying uncontrollably, now for the nine swats.
I have discussed at length that a young lady’s bottom can indeed get sorer with time following her school paddling. Today I am lucky to have some pictures that show the progression of a teen girl’s bottom after a paddling. Take a look at the 1st two photos below and you can see what her butt looks like just an hour after a hard school paddling with a wooden paddle. The pictures show that the redness has begun to fade and you can see just a small amount of bruising starting to form.

The next pictures, taken the following morning show that her butt has really started to form the bruises. You can see the spots where the paddle made the most impact, as well as additional bruising from the sort of wave of skin being compressed from the paddle, even spots that the paddle did not make contact with have begun to show signs of bruising and soreness. There is no doubt when looking at the two pictures below that her bottom must be quite a bit more sore than it was the night before. This is all part of the learning process as a young lady wakes up to go to school.

The final pictures are from 3 full days after the paddling and the bruises have completely formed. It is clear that this is a very sore bottom. More than 72 hours after she was paddled the full effects of her punishment have really set in. These are not just visual reminders of her behavior, but very painful physical reminders as well. The bruising covers much of her bottom, but the majority of it is concentrated on the lower portions. Imagine that bottom, at school, at a hard wood desk, trying to get through her day. There is not a second spent, in any class, in which she would not be feeling discomfort. The best part is, she knows why her bottom is sore, she knows her behavior causes it, and hopefully she knows that she deserves it. Regardless of how she actually feels about the paddling she received, she knows for sure that she never wants her butt to feel this way ever again.

Sitting at school will be an issue today.
It was one of the largest high schools in that state with a student population of over 3000. This school had two principals and six assistant principals. Two of the VP positions were strictly administrative, two were direct links to teachers and everything related to classes, and the final two VP positions were dealt exclusively with student discipline issues. One VP was for female students and the other for male students. While the previous VP that dealt with the female student population had been a female, the present position had been occupied by a male for the last 8 years.

While this was a very large high school it was in the Deep South. As with all schools in this part of the state, corporal punishment was alive and well. There was no bigger champion for corporal punishment that Mr. Sutherland, the VP in charge of discipline for the female students. He had grown up not far from the school and he himself was raised in a very strict Christian home. He could not even try to count how many times his own dad had beaten his butt black and blue when he was growing up. The thing he remembered most about getting spanked as a kid was how well it worked in changing his behavior. His dad was strict, the spankings could only be described as brutal, but he felt that he probably deserved everyone he had received. He did not resent his dad in any way for his strict upbringing and he felt that it had played a big role in the man he had become.
He took the issue of discipline in the school very seriously, this was his job, and he was a hard worker. He saw even the smallest infraction at school as a distraction from the educational process. The school was not well funded, the classes were large and crowded, the teachers were overworked, and he did not feel there were enough days in the school year to teach everything the state required. He felt that every student should be 100% focused on the process of learning and that anything that interfered with the process needed to be addressed. His goal in life was to make sure that any student that found her way into his office only did so once. Yes, they were teen girls and they would get distracted at times, but his job was to put them back on track and show them the error of their ways. He worked hard to make sure that any trip to his office was one to be feared. He was not the type of a man that tried to make friend with the students, he was not big on small talk, and he did not try to be social with the students in the halls. He saw his role as that of the bad guy and he was very much the bad cop in any interaction in his office.

uncomfortable as possible. His reputation and a frequent and very hard hitting paddler helped a lot to set the tone before a girl ever made it through his door. The paddlings he administered were almost legendary and with the exception of new students during the 1st week of school, everyone had heard a story about someone being paddled by him. Not only were his paddlings legendary, but so were his paddles. He had quite a collection of paddles in his office. There were a couple that had been made by the shop teacher, there was one he had made himself, and there were a few that had actually been given to him as gifts from parents of students. His reputation and a strict disciplinarian was not just limited to the school, the parents and community were quite aware. But this was the type of town in which corporal punishment was a normal, everyday, occurrence and he had the full support of the community. The parents appreciated his dedication to his job and how much disciplinary issues had decreased since he took the job. He was attempting to bring the school back to the good old days when students were well behaved. Yes, many of their daughters came home with bruised butts, but it only happened when they deserved it.

In Mr. Sutherland’s office the site of a paddle was about as common as family pictures in a typical office. There were always a couple hanging on the wall, generally one on the desk, and a couple more tucked away in drawers. He knew the powerful effect that the sight of a paddle could have on making a 1st impression on a naughty young lady, so there were always a few present. He used fear and anticipation well in the process of a punishment and the first thing that any student entering his office saw was a paddle or two. He kept his office door open at all times until he had a student in his office. He knew that no student wanted to be in his office, it was a room that none of them wanted a part of. As a student came into his office the 1st thing he did was have her close the door behind her, further adding to the apprehension as she now felt very alone with the man she feared. While he varied how he applied a paddling, a 1st trip to his office by a student in trouble generally started the same.

and tell her to have a seat. If there was not already a paddle on his desk, he would grab one off of the wall or from out of a drawer and set it on the desk in front of her. This allowed her a little time alone with her thoughts, specifically the thought of how that paddle was going to feel on her bottom. He did not possess a small paddle; they were all quite large, some with holes in them and some without. Even if this young lady before him had been, or still was, spanked at home, the chances were good that she had never felt something as big as his paddles on her bottom before. He would spend a few minutes going over her referral without saying a word. He would grab her file and see if she had been in trouble in the past. His classic move, also the stuff of legends, was to at some point pick up the paddle and gently tap it on his desk while he looked at her, still not saying a word.
He saw a school paddling as an entire process, not just the acting of spanking a girl’s bottom with a board. He knew how to draw the process out and to make it as uncomfortable as it could possibly be. He capitalized on every emotion that could be effective in preventing a student from ever coming back. He knew from his own experience of being sent to his room to wait for his dad to come and blister his ass, that the wait for a spanking could be as bad as the spanking itself. The brain can be cruel when anticipating major pain so he always made it a long and drawn out experience. While a trip to his office was always a long one, he was never long winded in his approach as far as a lecture was concerned. He knew that the attention span of teens today was limited anyway so he preferred for their experience to be about fear, anticipation, a little bit of embarrassment, and eventually pain to their bottoms.

There was the rare occasion in which a student was simply sent back to class. Not every student sent to his office had really broken the rules; sometimes it was just the wrong place at the wrong time. But is there was an infraction, especially one clearly stated in the student code of conduct, then a paddling would be administered. He knew the student code of conduct book almost verbatim. After the young lady had sweated long enough looking at the paddles and getting an evil stare from him he would pull out the conduct book and turn it to the page that detailed the infraction she had committed. He would push the book across the desk and have her read aloud the rule that she had violated. This made it all very clear cut and simple with little room for her to question what was about to happen. He would something to the effect of “that is the rule, you broke it, and now there will be consequences for your actions…any questions”? Most girls were not brave enough to say anything and nine time out of ten the response would be “no sir”.

lot. He did not want the students to start to expect the same thing in his office so he changed up how he paddled quite a bit. Different paddles were used; different positions were utilized, and even how long between each swat varied considerably. The next step was for him to tell her that she was to be paddled. It was not really a mystery to her at this point, but this was part of the process for him, the formal announcement of the punishment. He would tell her she was to be paddled and would tell her how many she was going to receive. School policy only stated that a student could be paddled, beyond that, there were no formal guideline. There was not a requirement for a witness, there was not a same sex paddler rule, the maximum amount of swats was not specified, and it was completely up to him as to how to handle the discipline he administered. He had the full trust and support of the community, and while he never abused his powers, he made sure that every paddling he gave left a long lasting impression.

He typically gave between four and twelve swats, depending on the severity and frequency of the infraction. The frequency was not based specifically on that particular student’s trips to his office. If there was a trend forming in the school, such as smoking, then he would up the amount of licks any student would receive for that one offense. Once a student was told how many she was to receive, he would go back into intimidation mode. He would stand up and swing the paddle that he had been tapping on his desk through the air a few times. He would then pick a couple more paddles and do the same or smack them hard on his hand. He would basically take them for a test drive right there in front of her. Once he selected a paddle he would have her stand up and tell her to get into position. He utilized many different positions in his large office. A young lady could find herself bent over his desk, standing in the middle of his office with her legs spread wide and grabbing her ankles, bent over with her hands on the wall, bent with her hands on her knees, or sometimes he would pull out a small footstool, place it in the middle of his office, and have her bend over and grab onto it. Regardless of the position he chose, he was very specific as to the exact position they needed to be in. Once they were bent he would fine tune their position. He would tell the girl to widen her stance, or bend a little more, straighten her legs, arch her back, take another step back while extended her arms farther, and it could go on and on. He saw this as important and he was not simply going to bend her over and start paddling her. She needed to be an active participant in her paddling and she not only needed to cooperate, she needed to assist. This was being done for her own good and he required her to help out through the entire process.
With the exception of the paddling itself, the next part was the hardest for every girl. She had sat

She had listened to him tell her that she was about to be paddled and watched him test each paddle to see which one was going to hurt more. He spent a good minute fine tuning her position and getting her into place. She is now there, butt in the air, feeling very vulnerable and on display just waiting for that moment that the paddle hits her bottom. The last ten minutes has built to this very moment and she knows how bad it is going to be…and then he sits back down. She hears his desk drawer open and hears papers being shuffled. She sees that he seems to filling out some paperwork. Here she is, grabbing her ankles in the middle of his office, her tight teen bottom high in the air, and now he has some filing to do? The reality is that he is filling out a corporal punishment report. Policy does not require that he do this and he simply does it for his own records. The reality is, he knows that this is the worst part for every girl that is about to be paddled. He knows her bottom is just about quivering with anticipation of the paddling she is about to receive. Once again, he sees this as part of the process, a very effective and important part and it is generally not over when he finishes filling out the form. Most of the time, he will tell her to remain in position and then excuse himself so he can make a copy of the form. He exits his office making very sure to leave the door open as wide as it goes.
With the hustle and bustle of a school with a student population of 3000+, there is a lot of activity going on in the main office. With two principals, six vice principals, a dozen administrative staff, student workers, a receptionist and everything else that goes on in running a school this large, the open area of the main office can be quite busy. There are never less than 20 people present at any given time including both students and staff. He knows it is an embarrassing process to be an older teen girl about to get a spanking at school. She is certainly stressed about how much her butt will hurt, but she is also stressed about other people finding out. The occasional guy might brag about getting paddled at school and how he took it like a man, but this is never the case with the girls. Ideally for her, it would be a secret that no one ever finds out about. She does not want others to know that her pretty little bottom was paddled until she cried. Any hope of it going down like that go right out the window as soon as he walks out and leaves his door open. He is not shy about it and no one gets in trouble for sneaking a peek, it is really half the point. He goes to the copier and makes a copy of the form. He might even take a moment to stop and chat with his secretary and see who else is waiting. She on the other hand in in the middle of his office, legs spread wide, grabbing her ankles, with her head between her legs. All she can do is close her eyes as she sees people walk past his open door. She knows everyone is looking and she can already hear the whispers. She also knows that as slow as this seems to be playing out, that the news will be spreading around school before her butt feels the 1st swat. But for him, this is all part of the process. Some girls might be able to suck it up and get through a paddling as severe as the one he is about to give, but what she is going through at the moment, he knows no girl would ever want to repeat.
Finally the bruising of her bottom begins.
After he has killed the proper amount of time he goes back in to his office and closes the door, always a little hard. A full five minutes after she was told she was going to get paddled it finally seems that it will happen. She hears him put down the papers and pick up the paddle. He steps into position behind her and she feels the paddle touch her bottom. She squints her eyes, clinches her bottom, and waits for what she knows will be unbelievable pain. Unfortunately for her, there is one more step in his process prior to paddling her bottom. While he has probably said less than a dozen words to her in the 10 minutes she has been in his office, this is not his chance to talk to her about what is going to happen and why. He starts with basic instructions and goes from there, “It is very important that you stay in this exact position for your entire paddling. The position is about more than me just having access to your butt for paddling it, it is also about safety. I will be swinging this paddle as hard as I can and we do not want it to hit anywhere other than your bottom. This is a thick and heavy piece of wood and if it hits anywhere else it could cause an injury. Yes, the goal is to create a tremendous amount of pain, as that is how lessons are learned in my office, but we need to do it in a safe manner. I will need your full cooperation throughout your paddling. I know this is going to hurt you a lot and I know it will be hard for you. There will be tears and it will be very difficult for you to endure, but it is your actions that led us to this moment. I am not the one who broke the rules but I am the one that enforces them. My goal today is to paddle your bottom in such a way that you will remember it for a long time. When you attempt, and I do mean attempt, to sit down for the next several days, I want you to think of this exact moment and give some very serious thought as to if you ever want it repeated.” He asks her if she understands and almost without fail he hears a gentle “yes sir” as he can tell that the tears have already started.
